"Art to print" online course: terms of service

Return & Cancellation Policies

Original Art: All sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.

Art Prints: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds as all orders are "made to order". However, if your prints meet the "Exchange requirements" you can exchange an Art Print for another print of equal or greater value, or for store credit within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. If the period of 7 days has lapsed since the delivery, we can't, unfortunately, offer you an exchange or store credit. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange, paying any difference in price, and will be charged a 5% restocking fee based on the price of the original print(s) being exchanged. Art Print orders can only be cancelled if the print has not been printed yet, as all orders are "made to order". Prints are sometimes printed immediately so there is no guarantee you will be able to cancel your print order. Due to costs associated with every order, regardless if it has been printed, you will be charged a 5% cancellation fee based on the total cost of your order.

Seconds Sale or any other sale: All sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.

Art to Print Course: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations of purchase since you are given immediate access to the information at the time of purchase.

Frames: All frames are final sale and refunds and exchanges are unavailable as our oversized custom frames are made to order. Frame orders can only be cancelled if we have not yet submitted your frame order to our framer for fulfillment. Frames are sometimes sent to our framers immediately so there is no guarantee you will be able to cancel or change your frame order. Due to the costs associated with every order, regardless if it has been fulfilled, you will be charged a 5% cancellation fee based on the total cost of your frame order.

Exchange requirements: The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange: Product must be in original packaging. Product must not be damaged. In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange. Proof of purchase: To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange. Sale and clearance items: Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged. Shipping items: In order to return an order, you must contact us first. Returns can be mailed to: 4340 E Indian School Road, Ste 21-142, Phoenix, AZ 85018. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the item(s) that you are returning for an exchange, as well as the shipping costs for the new item(s). We will not refund the shipping costs. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to re-sell the item, then we may reject an exchange. All exchanges and approved returns will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy: Order processing times are 5-10 business days but often shipped out much sooner. We offer free USPS shipping on orders of $50 or higher. We charge a flat $3 shipping rate for orders under $50. There is also the option for you to choose shipping with UPS ground, 3 day or 2 day at checkout.

International Shipping Policy: International orders are charged a $20 flat shipping fee at checkout. Buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes that may be imposed on them by their country. Orders that are rejected by the buyer upon delivery will not be refunded. See more information on international shipping here.

Incorrect Shipping Information: The buyer is responsible for providing correct shipping information. Orders will not be refunded for lost/misdelivered orders due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. Also, orders will not be refunded if they are returned by the carrier due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information, and the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping costs to the correct address.

Ownership of the Artwork: who actually owns the Artwork?

I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. To discuss purchasing the rights, contact me. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit. When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.
