Laurie Anne Land: January 2025
HAPPY NEW YEAR!! 🥳
I hope you had a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!! I got very festive with decorations this year, and on Christmas morning we made breakfast and watched Christmas movies; then we spent the rest of the day with neighbors who have become like family! It was perfect. ☺️
I am so looking forward to what 2025 brings and I hope you are too! We have already planned out the big chunks of our year (we are planning on lots of travel!) and I am very excited about what's to come!
What I'm Loving
- One of my favorite things we've done to our house is make all the lights automated! We use Hue lights and plugs and we just added dimmable string lights and a plug to our outdoor area and it's so dreamy!
- I saw this and am so intrigued by it! Does anyone have it? Do you like it?
- A salad recipe I want to try.
- Oskie plays hard and gets dirty so quickly, but I got this in between baths spray stuff that actually works! Not really any scent and he actually feels clean. Just spray and brush it thru!
- Due to said dirty dog above, I got this little machine so we can keep our outdoor cushions clean!
- I got some new jeans right before Thanksgiving and I am loving them!! They are so cute!
- Reeve (my right hand woman) is a big time reader and I got her this book embosser for Christmas! She loves it.
- I read 56 books in 2024!! I am very proud of this 🤓 My previous record was 35. One of the last books I read in 2024 was this one. I really enjoyed it!
- Taylor has been making my Dad's chili lately and it is SO good.
- We have started using this to get us into a daily routine of setting intentions and practicing gratitude and are loving it.
