Laurie Anne Land: September 2023

Hi Friends!! We are off to the Greek islands this month!!! I am SO excited as they have been on my travel list for so long!!! I have been dreaming of cozy weather and some of this months recs reflect that ;) 

• I have found my fall comfy shoe !
• I've been buying local salt on our trips lately and got some from Jacobsen salt and San Juan Island sea salt when we were in Oregon and Washington last month! Both are very good!
• Speaking of Oregon, if you are near Tillamook, you have to go to the Creamery !! It was an unexpected delight!
• My favorite art  coffee table book
• My friend, Sarah, got me hooked on these hair towels and I can’t believe I went most of my life without them.
• If AirPods hurt your ears, you should try my Bose earbuds ! I have the older version but I love them and they have amazing sound!
• I’ve been on the search for the perfect travel sneaker that is cute enough to wear with dresses… yall… I kid you not, these shoes are SO COMFY!!! I'm obsessed. I'll report back after my trip but I think I'm going to love them! 
• Need help w dinner? We have been using Gobble for about a year and love it so much!! We even ship to wherever we are on vacay so we can limit eating out!
• Random, but the perfect simple sandwich that kept us fed on our road trip in the PNW: brioche bun, mayo, mustard, thinly sliced honey glazed ham (or turkey) and 1 slice of Tillamook Swiss cheese. I think the brioche bun makes the sandwich!
• I recently read Vera Wong's Unsolicited Advice for Murderers and it was a cute feel good book! 
• Z Supply is apparently my new favorite shop. I also got my comfy denim shirt in  black and the color block.
