Hello from London!! 🇬🇧 Taylor and I are here for the week celebrating my 38th birthday (on the 8th) and it's been the best getaway! The last 6 months have been very hard after losing Hazel and this trip felt like a much needed bit of fun to usher us into a new season of life. We are here for a few more days, so if you have any must-see's or do's, please reply to this email and let me know!

• We both slept so well on our flight to London and I credit it to this neck pillow ! I’ve tried a lot of neck pillows and this one was great!
• Taylor and I have been tracking our sleep with the Oura ring and it has been super insightful especially for Taylor who doesn’t sleep well. He has been able to see what affects his sleep and make changes based on trends!
• I can’t stop thinking about this house . I love it.
• I have been SO tempted to buy the Dyson Hairdryer for years but could never justify the $$$. But then, I saw this dupe for a fraction of the cost and I am happy to report, it is very fancy and cool! I realllllly like it!
• Did you hear? We are moving to NYC for the summer!! I have been using this book to prepare for our summer!
• We used our new salad chopper for the first time the other day and omg it was amazing! Hot tip: don’t touch the blades, they will cut you (me) 🤷🏻‍♀️.
• If you want to see me lose my mind, trap me in a room with flying bugs (flies and gnats specifically ). The flying bugs are currently trying to kill me, so I got these for my plants (they work, I’ve used them in the past) and this (new to me) trap for the kitchen and I woke up to a bunch of gnats stuck to it this morning and then did a victory dance lol!
• I got this super cute towel to use as a picnic blanket during our e-bike/park adventures in NYC this summer… can you tell I’m excited about this summer?!
• I got a new Kindle case and let me tell you, it’s amazing how one tiny (and cute) change can really brighten up your day. We should make things cute more often.
• Oscar's dog trainer uses these glasses to film all her training sessions and I bought some and then returned them and then instantly regretted it and bought them again but this time with the transition lenses. They are SO COOL! Excited to get some cool footage with them!
