Laurie Anne Land: August 2023

Hi Friends!! We've barely been surviving summer in Phoenix 🥵, so we escaped to Oregon and it's been glorious! Hope yall are staying cool!

• This little film camera under $50 was so fun to take camping! It shoots half frames.. so you get double the photos out of one roll of film!
• My new window bird feeder  - it took about a month for the birds to find it but now they are there all day!
• One of our go to meals when we don’t know what to eat. We like the soy and scallion and spicy soy flavors! Top with an egg and/or some roasted veggies (broccoli is a fave)
• If you take a lot of notes or make a ton of checklists, say hello to your new BFF. I got this tablet at the end of last year and I love it.
• My friend, Jess, wrote the most beautiful art book about self-care.
• Taylor recently got into cooking (yay for me!) and his latest go to meal is a smash burger made on this griddle and he's been using this tool to make it even easier.
• Speaking of Taylor and cooking (his new nickname is Gourmet Tay 🤣)— he's made the Kale Caesar a couple times from this cookbook and its very good! He even made the dressing from scratch!
• I've been using this lighter for my candles and it's equally fun and scary lol (don't worry, it has a safety button!)
• This purse is $$$ but it gets rave reviews!! I am very tempted to add this to my travel essentials.
